Expert Veterinary Care At Your Home or Farm
About the Practice
Spartan Veterinary Services is a mixed animal mobile veterinary clinic based out of Roebuck, SC offering services at clients’ homes and farms. We are a woman-owned small business with strong ties to the Upstate community. We focus on wellness, preventative care, and limited urgent care, serving small companion animals, large companion animals, livestock, and exotic/avian pets.
Our Mission
We believe animals deserve excellent care wherever they live—whether that is your living room, your backyard, or your barn. As a mobile mixed animal practice, we bring calm, capable veterinary medicine to animals across the Upstate.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, convenient, and comprehensive veterinary care, reducing stress for animals and improving access to quality veterinary services in both urban and rural communities.
Meet Your Veterinarian

Dr. Alexandria Paulz, DVM
Hi, I'm Dr. Paulz! I have been a mixed animal veterinarian for 5 years. I received my B.S. in Animal and Veterinary Sciences from Clemson University and D.V.M. from Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. I am Fear-Free and CAETA certified and committed to providing a comfortable experience for you and your pets. I live with my husband, two sons, three dogs and three cats in Roebuck, SC where I was born and raised.
I have enjoyed working in a hospital setting, but now I am excited to provide mobile services to my community. Everyone knows that going to the vet can be a scary experience for all animals. My goal is to drastically reduce the anxiety and difficulties of animal health care by coming to you.
